Meditate Your Way to Wealth and Success - The Silva Life System

Meditation is not just good for the body and for the soul; it can also help you create wealth and success in your life. The practice of meditation has been used for thousands of years to connect with something larger than ourselves. In addition, western medicine has embraced for many years that meditation is a powerful tool for lowering stress, reducing chronic pain, and even lowering blood pressure. However, good health and inner peace are just the beginning in terms of the benefits offered by meditation. The bottom line is, people who meditate are more successful and prosperous than those who don’t.

When you’re wide awake your brain waves vibrate at what scientists call the Beta frequency. As you fall asleep, your brain frequency slows down until it gets all the way to the Delta level. However, before you reach Delta-while you’re still at a light sleep–you enter the Alpha range. It has been scientifically shown that Alpha is the frequency you enter when you’re meditating; that is, this is the state where the power of the subconscious mind resides.

The Silva Life System is a brand-new revolutionary program based on the remarkable principles of the Silva Method, the world’s most popular meditation program. This system will teach you how to enter the Alpha level, at will, within 60 seconds flat.

Some of the benefits experienced by those who practice the Silva Life System are the following:

• This program will easily and effortlessly take you to deep states of meditation.

• It will bridge the gap between the logical left-brain and creative right-brain to create increased productivity.

• This system will boost your learning ability, memory, intuition, creativity, and your ability to focus, concentrate, think more clearly, and solve problems.

• The Silva Life System melts stress away and reduces its harmful effects on your health and general feeling of well being.

• It will improve your mental and emotional health.

In addition, research has shown that affirmations and visualization are more effective at the Alpha state. Not only does the Silva Life System teach you how to meditate, it also teaches creative visualization. In fact, Shakti Gawain, author of the best selling book “Creative Visualization”, has said about the Silva Method, “I took the Silva Mind Control course and was amazed.”

Once you use the Silva Life System to learn how to meditate, as well as to learn creative visualization, you can attract wealth into your life by forming a clear mental picture of what you wish to manifest while at the Alpha state. Then you continue to focus on this image until it becomes objective reality. You can visualize yourself living in your dream home, driving a luxury car, taking luxurious vacations, or anything else you desire. By making meditation and creative visualization a constant part of your life, you’ll be able to create the life of your choice, with all the wealth you desire.

Not for long, just a second or two will do fine. But just hold your breath and again notice the sensations that you feel. Finally, slowly and surely, breath out. Exhale all the air that you have breathed in. this process should take about the same time as it took for you to inhale.

Then repeat the process.

You’ll find that after five or ten of these deep breathing exercises, you’ll start to feel calmer and more relaxed.

The great thing about this easy meditation technique is that you can do it almost any time, any place. It’s even a meditation technique kids can learn. They’ll find it fun to concentrate on their breathing – just make sure that they don’t get too competitive.

Meditation – An Effective Method For Self-Control

Meditation is one of the most effective methods of self-control, it is based on techniques for muscles relaxation, breath control, etc. Meditation teaches how to influence our internal body parts and brain functioning through the subconsciousness.

You can exercise meditation with a trainer, in a group, or just by yourself in your free time, outside, right before bed time. Frequency of exercises depends on the level of emotional pressure that you’re on. The lessons can occur from 1—2 times a day up to 1—2 times a week. The important condition must be a quiet environment, no bright light, no noise, and no lack of time.

After a while your mind will get used to clearing all of the unnecessary thoughts for a longer time. When you reach success at this, you will be ready for training. You will be able to set the necessary rules for yourself in your mind. Hold the necessary images in your mind until they will be stamped in the subconsciousness part of your mind.

You will understand that this stage is reached, when you will be able to easily reproduce those images any time that you want. It is necessary to achieve only a complete result.

Because if during the lesson you still get any extraneous thoughts you won’t achieve the proper level of meditation results. Only one thought must be in your mind and all the others are subordinated to it. Any irrelevant thoughts should be expelled immediately. The main one must be driven into your memory with constant repetition.

If you suddenly fall asleep during the lesson and during the moment of awakening will find that the first thought which was on your mind is that with which you have fallen asleep. It means that your subconsciousness has held everything as necessary. If during the day suddenly pops up the thought that you tried to remember the day before is one more proof of your correct performance. Your subconsciousness is not only your obedient servant. It is also your best helper and partner in the continuation of your life. The consciousness and subconsciousness of your mind are undividable. Their interests are similar and their purpose is to keep in perfect condition the shell in which they exist, that is your body.

The meditation results are different from one person to another, but you can see them much earlier than in the cells of your body. You can expect those positive changes in 2 months after the beginning of the exercises. Meditation has helped me to get rid of a lot of health problems. This is the result of the work of the subconsciousness part of my mind. A couple times a day I give myself a request; early in the morning and right before I am going to bed.

In a combination with a deep breath I tell to myself both aloud and mentally: “ I trust in the power of my subconsciousness that controls all parts and functions of my body. Now I direct this force to restore: the normal, natural functions of my body’ parts, to clean and raise the flow of my blood, to normalize and remove all toxins and other harmful substances from my body through usual channels. My subconsciousness will react to these requests and I will repeat them again and again until my health problem will go away”.

I repeated those requests so often that it has began come to me first thing in the morning just as I open my eyes.

My health is better than it was before. My physical and mental energy constantly grows. I give the request to my subconsciousness to take immediate control of all the cells of my body so that they perform effectively and correctly and constantly provided normal ability to my perfect body.

The Relationship Between Meditation and Self-Analysis

These are two very powerful tools for self-improvement, but how can you use them in harmony? For example: Self-analysis and meditation cannot be performed at the same time. After all, multi-tasking runs contrary to what meditation is all about.

So where do we start? Self-analysis will give many of your meditations purpose. The purpose of self-analysis is to objectively look inward, constructively, without judgment or regret, and to find solutions to ongoing problems.

There is an instinctive fear to take start this task. Hence, the reason why there are professionals for psychological analysis. This leaves you with a decision from the onset: Whether to do it yourself, or with the help of professional guidance.

If you elect to go it alone, that’s fine, but be prepared to encounter more issues than you originally thought possible. At one time, we have all managed to disconnect with our inner being. This creates a fear of looking inward because of our reaction to what we might see and learn.

Don’t waste time with evaluations, comparisons, or judgments. These concepts only support our feelings of inferiority, and for most of us, those feelings should be purged from our inner being.

You will need solitary time, when you can reflect on dilemmas, and take notes. You can do this in your car, but you will need a recording device. You will also want to make sure anything embarrassing is either encoded or hidden. Records are great, but they can be incriminating, so take the time to protect yourself from a potential invasion of your privacy.

In order to meditate, you will need to set aside time, in the early morning, or at night. There is less activity in most households, at this time, and less of a chance for you to be diverted or interrupted.

The quest for self-improvement is the purpose of this kind of meditation. You need to clear your mind and focus on one thought only. This should not be turned into a form of grieving, so you must look at it objectively and try to remove your personal feelings.

Your mind will naturally “stray,” a bit, unless you have been practicing meditation for some time. The straying aspect is actually good in this instance, because it allows you to come back with a slightly different perspective each time.

The end result of all this work, will be discovering a multitude of self-improvement solutions and improve the quality of your life.
